Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality designs on time Plan, review, and approve design concepts, drawings, and technical documents Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and project teams Ensure designs comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies Review BOQs, technical specifications, and design calculations Manage design schedules and ensure timely project execution Handle design changes, revisions, and value engineering Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers Participate in client meetings and technical discussions Ensure proper documentation and version control of drawings Support cost optimization without compromising quality and safety

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Design (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant field) Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit, etc.) Good understanding of manufacturing / construction processes Leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in project management Knowledge of industry standards and codes Exposure to quality systems and compliance requirements

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
