Key Responsibilities:

1. Shop Drawing Review & Approval

Review, comment, and approve

shop drawings and technical submittals

for:

+ Modular & loose furniture
+ Lighting fixtures
+ Carpets & soft furnishings
+ Fire-rated doors
+ Sliding/folding partitions
+ Toilet cubicles and other fit-out packages
Ensure drawings align with

design intent, specifications, and site conditions

. Coordinate closely with the design and execution teams to

resolve discrepancies

quickly.

2. Vendor Coordination & Technical Interface

Liaise with

approved vendors and fabricators

for timely submission and revision of shop drawings. Evaluate

vendor technical capabilities

and recommend appropriate partners for each package. Conduct

pre-award technical evaluations

and

post-award coordination

for material approvals and prototypes.

3. Site Coordination & Quality Review

Undertake

periodic site visits

to verify execution against approved drawings. Coordinate with the site team to address installation challenges, dimensional mismatches, or deviations. Participate in

mock-up reviews and material inspections

before rollout.

4. Documentation & Communication

Maintain a

tracker

for all shop drawing submissions, comments, and approvals. Ensure version control and traceability of all design approvals. Act as the

single point of contact

between the design studio, vendors, and project team for design clarifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree

in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.

8-12 years

of relevant experience in design coordination, technical review, and fit-out project delivery. Proven expertise in

shop drawing evaluation

for interior and architectural packages. Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, and joinery details

. Fair connect and working relationship with

reputed vendors and suppliers

in the corporate interiors domain. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office tools
