Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Design Manager to lead the design coordination for a building project. You will be the central hub for all design-related activities, ensuring seamless integration between consultants, vendors, and the client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all project drawings from the planning stage through to execution.

Design Coordination & Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all design and drawing coordination between architects, consultants, vendors, and the client. Organize and lead design meetings, ensuring timely distribution of meeting minutes and tracking compliance with action items. Manage the issuance of all drawings to vendors and resolve any design or drawing-related issues promptly.

Authority & Compliance Management:

Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of approval drawings to relevant authorities and the project engineer. Make necessary corrections and revisions to drawings as required by authorities, clients, or site conditions. Ensure all drawing data and compliance requirements are accurately provided to vendors.

Drawing Control & Quality Assurance:

Maintain strict control over the project's drawing register, ensuring all stakeholders work from the latest versions. Ensure the timely submission of all drawings to meet project milestones.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) with a minimum of

10 years

of relevant experience. Diploma in Architecture (D. Arch) with a minimum of

15 years

of relevant experience.

Mandatory Experience:

Proven experience working closely with architects through all project phases, from planning to execution. Demonstrated experience in controlling and managing project drawings for a large-scale construction project.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Expert Proficiency:

Expert-level skills in AutoCAD are required.

Highly Desirable:

Working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and processes will be given strong preference.

Coordination Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between multiple teams.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
