We are urgently looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead engineering design activities for material handling & process systems catering to Food & Pharma sectors.

Experience: 8-15 years

Reporting to: Director

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project design, concept development & CAD activities
Understand project scope and deliver quality designs on time
Design systems: Conveying, Unloading, Blending, Milling & Filling
Design silos, rotating equipment & material handling systems
Prepare BOM, design reviews & customer reports
Early-stage manufacturing cost estimation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Drive innovation, safety & customer-focused initiatives
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of machining & fabrication processes
Expertise in material handling systems: Screw, Belt & Pneumatic Conveying
Knowledge of pumps, blowers & pneumatic circuits preferred
Exposure to chemical processes is an advantage
