Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Manager with a mechanical engineering background to lead and manage our design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in CAD software and ERP systems, combined with excellent drawing knowledge and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / BTech) Proven experience of 6-10 years in mechanical design and team management

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the design team for successful project execution Develop and review technical drawings and 3D models Ensure design quality and compliance with industry standards Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production and quality Optimize design workflows using ERP systems Provide technical mentorship and training to team members Manage design documentation and BOM generation

Required Skills

Proficiency in

SolidWorks, UG NX, and CATIA

Strong working knowledge of

ERP systems

Excellent understanding of

engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes

Effective communication and

team management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
