Responsibilities:
Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities - Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.
We are looking for a highly experienced Manager- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the Real Estate industry to join our team at Adani. As the Manager - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP systems, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency. • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems
• Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems and incorporate best practices into project designs
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEP systems
• Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/ design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc. With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion.
• Experience of coordination with senior management, development authorities, govt agencies and similar stakeholders Must have exhibited design and design coordination skills with various design stakeholders like structure, landscape, traffic, MEP etc
• Strong project management skills. A thorough understanding of agreed project outputs, resource management, specific team responsibilities, tracking issues and risks, internal and external communication and escalation.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry * Proven track record of successfully leading MEP projects for mixed-use and hospitality developments

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing sustainable MEP solutions
