Key Responsibilities

Lead the design engineering function for all lighting projects (indoor & outdoor). Guide the team in producing advanced lighting concepts from proposal to detailed design stages. Oversee lighting calculations using

AutoCAD, DIALux/Relux

and ensure accuracy of output. Review and approve design drawings, data sheets, specifications, and schedules. Collaborate closely with sales, clients, and R&D for technical support, product improvements, and project coordination. Conduct technical reviews of fixture packages and recommend value-engineered solutions. Ensure timely delivery of all design documentation and adherence to quality standards. Handle complex technical issues raised by clients and internal teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and monitor workload allocation. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and ensure compliance with project requirements. Drive continuous improvement in design processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and DIALux/Relux (mandatory).

Strong understanding of lighting design principles, LED products, and engineering standards. Familiarity with architectural and engineering design workflows. Strong project management and team leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and relevant 3D software. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
