What you'll do
Lead creative direction and design standards for learning products
Manage and mentor in-house designers and external vendors
Oversee end-to-end design delivery (digital-first & print)
Ensure high-quality, accessible, and learner-centric design
Collaborate with editorial, UX, digital, and production teams
Present design rationale to clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
8+ years of design experience (4+ years in a leadership role)
Strong background in
educational / ELT / ELL publishing
Expertise in print & digital learning design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar tools)
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with global publishers is a plus
Qualification:
Design or related degree/diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
