We have an opening for Design Manager for Worli.
Position - Design Manager
Location - Mumbai / ready to relocate on respective Sites
Working days -Mon to Fri

Role & responsibilities
Experienced with Design Management in Hotels & High End Restaurants, High end residential projects.
Should have worked with overseas designers, Consultants, should have handled atleast 2 projects from start to competition of the projects.
Knowledge of design review and design validation as per design standards.Should be will verse with building regulations norms and sustainable finishing materials for various areas as guest room , main lobby , restaurants and banquets , Spa ETC.
Should have expertise in value addition and value engineering practices
Knowledge of preparing deliverables schedule & track it.
Collaborating with team members
Oversee the preparation and compliation of design decoumentation , including drawings,specifications and reports. Ensure proper archiving projects files and design records.
Periodic site visits to review design issues, prepare field reports, implement ways to improve workflow and design process.
Preferred candidate profile
Exp in Hotel and High rise Residential projects design
