will head a multi-disciplinary design team and manage all creative operations of the company. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of design and production workflows, and the ability to translate complex ideas into high-quality visual output.
You will be responsible for brand consistency, creative strategy, team leadership, design execution, and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a diverse team including
UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Illustrators, and 3D Artists
.
Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, and manage performance to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to maintain excellence in all design deliverables.
2. Brand Management & Creative Direction
Build, maintain, and enhance a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Lead creation of visuals for:
PPC Ads
Social Media Creatives
Website UI/UX Assets
Product Packaging
Amazon Listings
Brand Campaigns & Presentations
Ensure every creative aligns with brand strategy, market positioning, and company goals.
3. Project & Production Oversight
Manage the complete design lifecycle -- concept, execution, review, revision, and final delivery.
Coordinate with printing vendors and production teams for packaging, labels, and print quality checks.
Oversee design for both digital and print mediums with a strong emphasis on accuracy and execution.
Ensure all design tasks meet deadlines, quality benchmarks, and project expectations.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with
Marketing, Product Development, E-commerce, and Management Teams
.
Align design strategies with business requirements, campaign goals, and product launches.
Provide creative insights to support branding, advertising, and product strategy.
5. Innovation, Tools & Trends
Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX advancements, digital advertising strategies, and industry best practices.
Recommend design tools, software, and workflow improvements to enhance productivity and creativity.
Introduce innovative approaches to elevate the brand's visual presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
5-10 years of professional experience
in design roles, with strong experience managing teams.
Advanced knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Figma / UI Tools (preferred)
Strong expertise in
packaging design, digital branding, UI/UX, and print production workflows
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience in
wellness, nutraceuticals, FMCG, e-commerce branding, or product-based companies
.
Strong understanding of printing processes:
offset, digital, screen printing, die-cutting
.
Experience managing Amazon storefront creatives and marketplace content.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment.
