Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer. The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of manufacturing simulations, processes, layouts, and validations using Tecnomatix eMPlanner and Process Designer to optimize manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and lead the implementation of manufacturing simulations to optimize production processes.
2. Design and validate manufacturing layouts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
3. Utilize simulation proc/design tools to create detailed process designs and layouts.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on manufacturing simulation strategies.
5. Provide expertise in tecnomatix emplanner and process designer to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Analyze simulation data and provide actionable insights for process enhancements.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
2. Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation methodologies.
3. Strong knowledge of tecnomatix emplanner and process designer software.
4. Ability to interpret and implement manufacturing process designs.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Other Requirements
1.Certification in Tecnomatix eMPlanner or similar simulation tools preferred.
Maximum Salary (US): 130000
Minimum Salary (US): 85000

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
