Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of designers to foster creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth. Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with requirements, timelines, and budgets. Creative Direction: Set the visual and strategic direction for design work. Drive innovative solutions while maintaining consistency with brand and user goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design across all touchpoints. Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Clearly articulate design decisions and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams. Design Expertise: Possess a strong foundation in design principles, with hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, UI/UX design, and basic HTML.
