Our Design Leads: What are we looking for We are currently on the search for the world\'s best Design Leads to bring their expertise, passion and international experience back to Delhi! On the back on some amazing project wins and a very long pipeline of future work planned, we are looking to continue to build our capacity in this critical part of the business. Our overall design work and focus is incredibly important to each and every project we do, and our new team members will be critical to ensuring we continue to enable our teams to produce world-class and community defining design projects. Specifically, we\'re looking for our future Design Leads to: Be located full-time in our Delhi office. Possess an exceptional design eye and high quality portfolio of previous experience design excellence and outcomes working on large-scale projects. Lead the overall design requirements on large buildings and infrastructure, with previous experience and expertise with Fa ade design, team leadership and leading the coordination of associated renderings. Guide and mentor junior team members to build design capability and capacity. Have experience working with clients and managing design outcomes internally and externally. Further to this, the type of people we\'re looking for are those with: At least 10 years\' experience working in a similar role within an Architecture firm. A desire to relocate to Delhi to work on country-defining projects that give back to the national pride and fabric. Exceptional design storytelling skills that are effectively translated to internal and external teams. High level written and verbal communication skills for things such as internal presentations and client presentations. Ability to produce design ideas and mock-ups quickly and that are at a high level of quality and reflect requirements. Ability to undertake travel when required by the project/s.
