About the Role:

We're looking for a

motivated and passionate Trainee

who is eager to build a career in

graphic design, video editing, and animation

. This role is ideal for someone who is a

self-learner

, curious, and driven to improve their creative skills independently.

You will be trained in real-world projects and be given freedom to explore tools and styles, with access to learning resources. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable figuring things out, experimenting, and learning by doing.

Key Areas You Will Learn & Work On:

Graphic Design (branding, social media creatives, website assets, etc.) Video Editing (product videos, reels, promotional content) Animation & Motion Graphics (basic 2D animations, logo intros, etc.) Understanding creative briefs and turning ideas into visual stories Working across teams to bring brand and campaign ideas to life

What We Expect From You:

Passion for creativity and design

Strong desire to

learn independently

and apply new concepts Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

is a plus Ability to research and

solve problems on your own

(self-starter attitude) Must have access to a

laptop/system capable of running creative tools

Good time management and ability to take feedback positively
