Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

design department

for sheet metal automobile components Design and develop

sheet metal parts

using

AutoCAD & SolidWorks

Handle

process design, part design, and feasibility analysis

Coordinate with production, tooling, quality, and PPC teams Ensure designs meet

customer standards, cost targets, and timelines

Prepare and review: Drawings BOM Process flow & SOPs Support

new development and mass production

parts Handle

customer interaction

, design changes, and approvals

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in:

AutoCAD

SolidWorks

Excellent knowledge of: Sheet metal components Automobile manufacturing processes Experience in

process design & part design

Exposure to

OEM customers

is mandatory

Preference given to candidates who have worked with Honda or Honda-tier suppliers

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)
