Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Teams:

Oversee a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Project Management:

Manage project timelines, resource allocation for electrical design projects.

Design Oversight:

Review and approve electrical schematics, diagrams, specifications, and technical documentation. Design electrical control panels (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD panels, etc.)

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., architecture, mechanical) and stakeholders to integrate electrical systems.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on the latest technologies.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement electrical engineering standards, protocols, and procedures.

Mentorship:

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional growth.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
