Job Description

Responsibility :-

Lead the design of forging dies, tools, and fixtures using Auto cad / Solid work NX CAD.
Create 2D/3D models for hot, warm, and cold forging components.
Ensure design for manufacturability, material flow, and tool durability.
Work closely with production, quality, and tool room teams.
Review and validate designs through simulation and prototyping.
Maintain documentation, version control, and design data integrity.
Manage and mentor a team of design engineers.

Skills :-

Proficiency in Autocad/ Solid Work and Siemens NX (Unigraphics) -Part modeling, assembly, drafting.
Strong knowledge of forging techniques, materials, and GD&T.
Hands-on experience in closed-die and open-die forging design.
Familiarity with simulation tools like DEFORM/QForm.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
