About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Design Head

to lead our design team and drive visual direction across all projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a great design sense, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality creative outputs Oversee the entire design process--from concept to final delivery Develop visual strategies for branding, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency Review and guide designers' work to maintain brand standards Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Present creative concepts and ideas to the management team and clients

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or a similar role Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and creative concepts Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools Ability to think creatively and strategically Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail Experience in agency or production environments is a plus
