Design Head

to lead our design department and contribute to the creative growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

2 D and 3 D design team

in developing high-quality residential and commercial interior designs. Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and practical design solutions. Coordinate with

sales, project, and production teams

for smooth execution of approved designs. Manage design schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Approve concepts, materials, and finishes while maintaining brands standards. Conduct regular design reviews and mentor junior designers. Attend client meetings and presentations as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in interior Design , Architecture, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in interior design (preferably in modular or turnkey interiors). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3 Ds Max, Coohom, Photoshop, and related design tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
