Key Responsibilities
Lead the
design vision and quality standards
across all
luxury turnkey residential
projects, from concept to handover.
Own end-to-end design delivery
including client briefing, concept development, detailed drawings, and execution alignment
Review and approve layouts, material selections, finishes, and 3D visuals to meet premium benchmarks
Collaborate closely with sales, project, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility, timelines, and budget alignment
Mentor and manage the design team, driving accountability, consistency, and high-quality output
Conduct site reviews to ensure design intent, detailing accuracy, and superior execution across turnkey projects
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
7+ years of experience in residential interior design, with leadership exposure
Strong expertise in
AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
or equivalent tools
Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, detailing, and turnkey execution
Proven client-handling capability for high-value residential projects
Strong balance of creative vision and practical problem-solving
