Job Title: AVP Design Head

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced AVP Design Head to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional commercial spaces. You'll oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and our brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality design projects

- Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Design Development: Conceptualize and develop design plans, including space planning, color schemes, and material selection

- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control

- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

- 8-10 years of experience in commercial interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of delivering successful design projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

Preferred Skills:

- Master's degree in Interior Design or related field

- LEED accreditation or equivalent certification

- Experience with project management software and tools

- Strong understanding of commercial design trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
