Job Description

We are looking for a versatile designer who can operate across product, web, and marketing surfaces - someone who can think holistically, execute fast, and adapt across use-cases. This is a blanket role for a modern designer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working at startup speed.

What you'll do

Work across multiple client projects: websites, product UI, branding, social creatives, and marketing assets Translate briefs, documents, and client feedback into clear, effective design outputs Handle end-to-end design: concept ? wireframes ? UI ? final assets Collaborate with developers, marketers, and founders Maintain consistency across brands and design systems Deliver work with speed, clarity, and attention to detail

AI & Learning Mindset (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Prior exposure to AI tools for design or research is preferred, but not mandatory You are notexpected to be an AI expert You areexpected to be curious, adaptable, and willing to use AI to make your work faster and smarter Comfortable experimenting with tools for: Ideation & research Visual generation Content support UI and layout acceleration Open to continuous learning as tools and workflows evolve Sees AI as a productivity multiplier, not a replacement for design thinking

What we're looking for

Strong foundation in visual design and digital experiences Comfortable juggling multiple projects in parallel Can understand written briefs, documentation, and product requirements Fluent in English (spoken & written) Good visual taste, layout sense, and attention to detail Self-driven, responsive, and accountable

Bonus

Experience with Webflow / Framer CRO or conversion-focused design understanding

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
