The AppleCare Digital team is looking for a Design and Experimentation Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making as we evolve our digital support products portfolio. This role will play a key part in enhancing customer journeys, boosting engagement, and delivering smooth digital support experiences. We are seeking an analytical thinker with superb communication skills, strong business intuition, and passion for translating complex data into actionable insights. Description

- Shape product features and roadmap: Collaborate closely with designers and product owners to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that shape product features and influence the product roadmap - Drive data-informed design decisions: Analyze user behavior data and conduct A/B tests to find opportunities for improving product and website user experience across platforms - Uncover deep user insights: Perform detailed analysis on user interactions, engagement, and usability for digital experiences, building behavioral insights to anticipate user needs and curate frictionless customer experiences - Curate and conduct rigorous A/B testing: Design and implement A/B tests to experiment with design variations, objectively grounding decisions in real user behavior and analytics - Analyze and interpret results: Extract actionable insights from experiment data, presenting findings and recommendations to multi-functional teams in a clear and compelling manner - Champion a culture of experimentation: Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization throughout the organization - Stay ahead of the curve: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics, proactively finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of industry experience in Data Analytics or similar role Experience in converting ambiguous user behavior or business questions into data-driven hypotheses and measurable outcomes Experience with using SQL to mine and analyze data Expertise in experimentation methods (eg. A/B testing, multivariate testing) and statistical analysis Familiarity with UX metrics and behavioral analysis to support design decision-making Experience in navigating through complex organizational structures and influencing business partners and stakeholders in decision making

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MS or MBA preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Design, Data Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, Economics, Psychology, or a similar quantitative field.
