We are seeking a creative and skilled Design Executive with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a graphics designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand and effectively communicate messages across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Scope of Work

Design graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts as per Branding guidelines. Capture, edit, and enhance videos, reels related to the organisation's brand, projects, activities, testimonials, etc. Collaborate with the team to determine visual design preferences and expectations. Refine outputs from paint and hand-drawn applications using visual design software. Enhance digital images, including applying contrasts and gradients. Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval on time. Meet with the team at the office or field locations for feedback and important discussions whenever required. Collaborating with IT developers to align visual designs with website functionalities. Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images across platforms, including social media. Staying updated on advancements in visual design technologies, applications, and industry trends. Traveling to project locations as necessary. Design key organizational documents and collaterals, such as approach notes, decks, quarterly newsletters, annual reports, calendars, and other communication materials.
Any other tasks assigned by the United Way of Bengaluru from time to time.
