We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized

Design Executive

to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare area tables, presentations, and support design documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and consultants in the absence of the Senior Design Coordinator.

Check and review drawings for accuracy before further coordination.

Conduct site visits to Baroda or other project locations as required to support design implementations.

Draft in-house design changes and assist in design brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience in design, preferably in real estate.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and design presentation tools.

Strong attention to detail with good analytical and visualization skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.

Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
