Job Description

Project analysis :

Review blueprints electrical drawings and project specifications to understand the scope of work.

Cost estimation:

Calculate and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labor equipment and time

Bid and proposal preparation:

Develop comprehensive bid proposals including cost breakdowns timelines and risk assessments.

Vendor and supplier communication:

Obtain quoter from vendors nd subcontractors and negotiate pricing.

Risk management:

Identify potentical project risks such as cost overruns and develop mitigation plans.

Compliance and standards:

Ensure all estimates and proposals comply with industry standards codes and safety regulations.

Stakeholder co-ordination :

Collaborate with project managers architects and other engineering teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and organized records of estimates proposals and communications.

Value egineering :

Provide input on alternative solutions and materials for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹12,372.86 - ₹47,816.12 per month
