About the Role

MAAD Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Estimation Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, estimating project costs, and coordinating both structural and interior project estimates with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

quotations

for civil, structural, and interior works. Conduct

material and cost estimation

based on drawings, BOQs, and project requirements. Analyse project specifications and ensure accurate pricing. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to clarify requirements. Interact with vendors to gather pricing and material details when required. Prepare and maintain documentation related to estimates and cost breakdowns. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of

estimation for structural and interior works

. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good understanding of materials, rates, and market trends. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic estimation software/tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience

in estimation (civil / interior).
