Position:

Design & Estimation Engineer - Civil Infrastructure

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Experience:

1-5 years (with preference for 1 year in road/highway/bridge projects)

Salary:

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month

Location:

Chandani Chowk, Kothrud, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Execute basic design and cost estimations for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, storm water systems, sewerage, water supply--DPRs, quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns)

Interpret technical drawings, including P&IDs and layout plans

Analyse tender documents and assist in preparing team briefings

Compile comprehensive tender packages with technical and commercial inputs

Lead client interactions and requirement assessments

Identify, negotiate, and on-board local vendors to optimize budgeting

Prepare technical write-ups, data sheets, progress reports, and process descriptions for tender submissions

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in road, highway, or bridge projects

Strong grasp of tendering protocols and documentation

Proficiency in CAD or related drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel)

Effective communication and negotiation capabilities
