Job Responsibilities :

To prepare Material Requisitions (MRs) for Quotation and for Purchase; To review the technical offers from bidders, and to prepare technical queries; To prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) reports; To review vendors# calculations and drawings (VDR); To interact with other departments and project/client, for Inter-Departmental Checking comments, on MDS and TechSpecs, TBEs, and Vendor documents; To prepare Material Requisition (MRQ and MRP), Technical bid evaluation of HVAC Equipment To prepare Material Requisitions for Quotation, and for Purchase (MRQ, and MRP); To review bidders# offers, to identify lacunae, and to prepare Technical Queries (TQs) as part of carrying out Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE); To witness performance tests of the equipment, at vendors# works, before final clearance; To comply with QMS procedures and to maintain appropriate records;

Education Requirement :

Degree in Mechanical engineering from reputed college or university;

Experience Requirement :

============================


Minimum experience of 1 year in equipment manufacturing companies or Engineering Consulting companies or Chemical plants; Shall be focussed on learning; Shall be a good team player.

Skills & Competencies :

============================


Knowledge of engineering standard specifications, and standard designs; Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; Should possess good written and verbal communication skills. Shall have good written and verbal communication skills.
