EXPERINCE- 2-4 years (Preferably Racking background)

Software- AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS

Conceptualize, design, and develop new products, components, or systems. Modify and improve existing designs to enhance performance, efficiency, or usability. Collect and analyze data from Sales to inform design iterations Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOM using CAD software and Excel. Develop and test prototypes to validate designs and identify potential issues. Work closely with sales, other engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate design concepts, specifications, and findings to stakeholders. Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges. Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to prevent future problems. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to perform calculations and simulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Prepare Drawing, BOM, proposals and reports. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in design and engineering. Research new materials and processes. Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
