We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer specializing in Injection Moulding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of injection moulding tools, assessing feasibility of new components, supporting critical tool repairs, andensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Design & Development:
Design and develop moulds and electrodes using CAD (NX) software in accordance with customer specifications and internal standards.
Feasibility Study:
Evaluate manufacturability and functionality of new parts from a tooling perspective.
Tool Repair Support:
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support critical tool repairs and ensure minimum downtime.
Design Documentation & Release:
Prepare and publish complete design documentation including tool part drawings and BOMs.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and manage design-related queries.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements in mould design for better productivity and durability.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams for tool development and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in 3D/2D design tools (UG NX).
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, materials, and toolmaking techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Analytical skills to assess part/tool feasibility and troubleshooting issues.
Good communication skills for customer and team interaction.
Time management and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
