Essential Job Functions:

• To design and support development of Casting and forging using on CATIA.
• Fundamentals of core engine design & peripherals
• Design of Mechanical Systems like Crank Train, Valve train etc including GD & T application.
• Manufacturing process of Engine and Sub-systems
• Engine and Sub-systems design and application for Automobile Engineering

Qualifications:

• Yrs of exp: 3 - 6Yrs
• Education- B.E/ B.Tech
• Excellent understanding on GD&T, Tolerancing & drawings
• Hands-on CAD software skills ( CATIA mandatory)
• Knowledge about Engines integration on vehicles
• Software : Catia V5 & Teamcenter PLM
• Familiarity on various government regulations related to powertrain and automobiles
• Knowledge in designing of casting of engine components(engine crankcases, cylinder head, cylinder block) using catia.
