Your tasks

• Component design & Determines design concepts of new technical systems, product families and platforms under consideration of system interfaces and cost.
• On time design (Drawing & 3D model) with respect to cost and quality in the assigned product.
• Ensuring internal and external specifications are translated into the product.
• Internal and external project design responsible & Engineering communication support.
• Min 3 years design in interior or exterior part design.
• Technically responsible and work in packages design. Estimation of design related efforts and associates tasks to the team members he is coordinating. Independently executes tasks and work packages given by the project leader.
• Prepares the necessary information for product selection, BOM to support the customer team and present at the customer.
• Component design and determines design concepts of new technical systems, product families and platforms under consideration of system interfaces and cost.
• Independent creation of concepts and designs in 3D with a CAD system under consideration of specifications, by implementing internal and external know how (suppliers). Coordinates and tunes with the customer during the development process. Creates and structures information and data (VPN, CAD, BOM Project documentation).
• Carries out technical calculations (integrity, weight, package volume) and simulations. Acquires special expertise for FEA, Mold flow etc.
• Determines functional dimensions, tolerances and torques form calculation and physical test results.
• Make drawings, changes and checks for technical feasibility of the changes.
• Defines and releases with respect to technical feasibility Drawings, BOMs and other technical documentation with respect to of results from other involved departments.
• Leads the continuous improvement process by creating documents for benchmark, leads form exhibitions and feedback from serial production. FMEA update and implementing sustainable technical solutions.
• Initiates patent related activities to ensure the companies Intellectual Property.

Your Profile

• BE / ME in Mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of working experience.
