Collaborate closely with project teams to translate client needs into innova
ve conceptual designs.
Prepare precise technical drawings, 3D models, and specifica
ons using advanced design so
ware.
Ensure all designs comply with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Analyze materials and propose cost-effec
ve alterna
ves without compromising on quality.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to seamlessly integrate designs into on-site execu
on.
Lead design reviews and revisions, incorpora
ng feedback to refine and improve project outcomes.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping updated with emerging design technologies and industry trends.
Verify invoices accurately and ensure they match site and PO record
Review and verify bills related to design materials, services and project expenditure to ensure accuracy and budget compliance.
Conduct site visits to collect accurate data, assess feasibility, and ensure designs align with real-world condi
ons.

Salary: ₹3 LPA - ₹ 3.5 LPA (Based on experience and qualifica
ons).
