Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing filling machines for liquids, oils, lubricants, or viscous products. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical design, drawings, BOM preparation, and support during fabrication & commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop rotary & linear filling machines (liquid, oil, lubricant, viscous products) Prepare 2D & 3D drawings for machine assemblies and parts Create BOM, fabrication drawings, and GA drawings Coordinate with production, fabrication, and assembly teams Handle design modifications based on customer bottle/sample changes Support machine trials, testing, and commissioning Standardize machine components to reduce cost and lead time Maintain proper design documentation and revision control
Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of mechanical machine design Experience in filling machines / packaging machinery (preferred) Understanding of: Pumps, nozzles, valves, piping Gearboxes, motors, chain drives, cam mechanisms Pneumatics & basic hydraulics Knowledge of materials (SS304/316, MS, plastics) Awareness of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, fabrication) Basic understanding of GMP & hygienic design (added advantage)
Software Skills

SolidWorks / AutoCAD (mandatory) Basic Excel for BOM & reporting PDM / Drawing control (preferred)
Education

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience

2 to 6 years experience Prior experience in filling machine, packaging machine, or process equipment industry is highly preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
