to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality electrical and structural designs for solar rooftop/ground-mount projects and infrastructure works, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed
electrical and structural designs
, drawings, and layouts for solar and infrastructure projects.
Prepare
SLDs (Single Line Diagrams)
, GA drawings, earthing layouts, cable routing plans, and civil/structural design drawings.
Conduct
site assessments
, load calculations, and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with the project, planning, SCM, and operations teams to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and client specifications.
Prepare
BOQs, technical documentation, and design reports
.
Review and optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for technical discussions and clarifications.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and project execution.
Utilize software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, PV Syst, STAAD Pro, ETAP
, or similar tools.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
solar design, electrical systems, civil/structural design
, or relevant domain.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and other design software.
Knowledge of BIS/IEC standards related to solar and electrical infrastructure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

2-5 years of experience in designing for solar/infrastructure projects (experience range can be modified as per requirement).
