Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings based on architectural and structural drawings provided by the client. Utilize industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, or similar) to create precise and accurate drawings. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes. Review and interpret design drawings to identify potential issues and offer solutions for efficient construction. Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, and erection teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance detailing processes and techniques. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address queries and provide project updates. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications. Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD software. Generate accurate and comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings for PEB structures. Ensure drawings adhere to industry codes, regulations, and company standards. Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and project changes. Work closely with project managers to maintain project schedules and deadlines. Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must. Previous experience in detailing Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will be a strong advantage. Solid understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and principles. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
