A leading and trusted organisation in the packaging machinery industry is looking for a Design Engineer (Trainee). The role involves assisting in the design and development of high-quality, customised machinery used in packaging operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, basic design skills, and the ability to work with AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design team in creating machine drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist in developing customised machinery designs as per client requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers to refine and improve design concepts.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all technical drawings and documentation.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
Coordinate with production and quality teams when required.
Requirements:
B.Tech degree (completed in Mechanical/related discipline preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of design principles.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

After 6 months of training, candidates may be confirmed as permanent employees based on performance.
