-Software & Documentation: Utilize CAD (AutoCAD) for 3D modeling, prepare detailed drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOQ) and cost estimates.
-Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines (electrical, structural) to integrate systems and resolve conflicts.
-Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and energy efficiency regulations.
-Site Support: Conduct site visits, monitor installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and create as-built drawings.
