Experience Required

NPD (New Product Development)

2D Drafting

AutoCAD

Creo

. Proficiency in

3D Modelling

. Understanding of

Military & Aerospace Standards

. Knowledge of

connector manufacturing

process standards

. Familiarity with

ERP systems

. Good documentation skills and ability to follow engineering processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute

design, drafting, and 3D modelling

activities for new and existing products. Develop

tooling designs

, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Work in

Creo, AutoCAD, and ERP systems

to support engineering and production activities. Handle

NPD projects

, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project delivery. Review engineering specifications and ensure compliance with

industry standards (MIL/AS)

. Support process documentation, revision control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams for feasibility checks, prototype development, and design validation.

Other Requirements

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills.
