Wanted DME / BE Mech--Design Engineers with 6 years of experience in a manufacturing industry holding the following job description.

Position - Design engineer

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills
1. Proficiency in CAD design tools (AutoCAD ,SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Draft sight).
2. Experience with simulation and analysis tools ( FEA, thermal analysis etc).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
4. Familiarity with industry-specific design standards and regulations.

Soft Skills
1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
4. Effective project management and time management skills.
5. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Experience

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on machinery development.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to production.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design projects from concept to production.
2. Lead a team of 2-3 draftsman
3. Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and documentation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
5. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
