Role Summary Responsible for the design, development, and testing of products from concept to production, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and cost targets are met. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings (using CAD). Perform engineering analysis (e.g., stress, tolerance stack-up). Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Manage and implement design changes and document control. Must-Haves Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Strong understanding of GD&T, material science, and manufacturing processes.
