Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings for coal handling systems based on project specifications, client requirements, and site surveys.

Create 2D and 3D models, layouts, and sections for various system components, including conveyors, hoppers, crushers, and screens.

Generate detailed fabrication drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications, for manufacturing and installation purposes.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Maintain organized project files and documentation, including drawings, revisions, and calculations.

Update drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.

Prepare as-built drawings that reflect the final constructed system.

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with specialization in drafting.

Proven experience of at least 2 years as an AutoCAD draftsman in the field of coal handling systems or similar industrial projects.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for 2D and 3D modelling, drafting, and detailing.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, drawing standards, and material specifications.

Ability to interpret technical documents, including specifications, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

Experience:

A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, specifically within the coal handling systems sector. Experience with the commissioning process is a plus. Demonstrated ability to create accurate micro-schedules and other project documentation.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
