Job Description

Primary Responsibilities ;

Design the stage models and then draft the stage drawings as per the plan.

Design the Machining Fixtures and make the manufacturing drawings.

Apply the GD&T as per the customer drawing and internal requirements.

Do the tolerance stack up in each stage as per the requirement.

Ensure the detailing quality. Ensure the drawing is with zero error.

Co-ordinate with CAM team and ensure the feasibilities.

Suggest if there any criticalities in drawing for machining & further operations

Additional Duties o

Gauge designing.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities o

BE or Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Tool and die making or similar. o

Overall, 3-7 Years of experience in Machining stage drawing & Fixture designing.

Excellent in drawing reading. Very good knowledge in GD&T. Experience in tolerance stack up. Experience in SolidWorks Part modelling, Drafting & Assembly. Knowledge on all type of machining operations like Milling, Turning, Grinding etc. o Product development experience is an added advantage.
