Job Description

Design and develop

sheet metal parts and assemblies

using

SolidWorks

Create

2D drawings

,

3D models

, and

fabrication drawings

Prepare

BOMs

, flat patterns, and DXF files for manufacturing Ensure designs are compliant with

manufacturing and assembly requirements

Work with production teams for

DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

Modify and optimize existing designs based on cost, quality, and performance Coordinate with vendors for tooling, fabrication, and feasibility Support prototype development and production troubleshooting Follow company design standards and documentation procedures

Technical Skills Required

Strong proficiency in

SolidWorks (Sheet Metal module mandatory)

Good knowledge of: Sheet metal fabrication processes (bending, punching, laser cutting, welding) Tolerances and GD&T (basic to intermediate) Materials (MS, SS, Aluminum, GI, etc.) Experience in

2D detailing

and

manufacturing drawings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
