Documentation & Standards:
Maintain engineering records, create technical documentation, and ensure designs comply with industry standards.
Efficiency & Cost:
Estimate costs, manage budgets, and find ways to improve production efficiency.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or design field (Mechanical, Product, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with CAD/CAE software.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
