Qualification BE Auto/MechDomain Support Primary Skill Program Management, Strong Analytical Skill Relevant Experience 3-5 Years The selected consultant will be required to support for:Plan and track Engineering planning acti vities including budgets and timelineTo support in preparing Detail Engineering Time Plan defining critical milestones, Functional activities & communicate to CFT members to ensure QCT for the project To support detailed planning for resource requirements fo r the project to meet the delivery timelines, quality and business case Gateway Tracking - Prepare/ workout activities, Perform critical path activities identification, prepare plan risk mitigation and timely resolution & escalation of unresolved critical issues at the right time,To monitor & track budget, cost, quality and delivery of project and escalate the discrepancies to senior mana gement with probable solutions To document as per NPI process and templates as required at various DR gateways, To undertake prod uct and process documentation to ensure that in case of gaps and loop holes can be filled.To provide inputs for setting up new pr ocesses as required by NPI and ERC initiatives, Participate in TML initiatives viz. Productivity Improvement, GEAR etc, To support in Planning engineering timeline and NPI Deliverables,To support Budget Management for engineering activities, To support Proces s improvement initiatives Preferred Skills & Knowledge MS Excel and Powerpoint (Must to have), MS Project (Desirable, Must hav e automotive Product Development Knowledge, New Product development Process, Program Management,Strong Analytical Skill,Exposur e to other Industry Program Management
