A2G is looking for Design Engineer for Pune, location.Sr. Design Engineer
Exp: 3-6
Experience in Automotive Seating Structure.
Hands on experience on surfacing/solid modelling/Drawing creation in NX software.
Experience in Sheet metal Manufacturing process For seating components.
Hands on experience in Creating assembly models and skeleton using NX
Experience in CATIA V5 and NX
Good knowledge of CAD Methodology and best practices for Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting & Kinematics.
Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.
Good Presentation & Communication skills.Design Engineer (Automotive Plastic Design)
Exp: 3-6
Experience in design/ Development, in Seating plastics parts like valance cover, recliner covers, mounting track covers etc.
Experience in Design of A &; B class surfaces, and NX,PLM
Experience in Design of locators, fixation, and attachment schemes.
Experience on surfacing/solid modelling/Drawing creation in CAD / UG-NX software.
Sound knowledge of seating regulations & ergonomics.
Depth of knowledge of various plastic manufacturing processes & defects.
Packaging & clearance study with 50 percentile manikin.
Experience in Manufacturing Drawing with GD& ;T, DFA, Tol. Stack up & BOM
creation.
Creation of comfort sections, meat to metal study etc.Job Type: Full-timeJadwal:
