Job Description

We require a Design Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in Design Engineering. Eligibility details are as follows :-

Education / Qualification :- B.E. Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical/ ITI Draftsman.

Required Software Skills :- Auto cad, Solid Works & Solid CAM & MS Office.

Job Profile for Design Engineer are as follows :-

1. Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) Document.

2.Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)Document.

3.IATF 16949 Document.

4.Forging Layout Drawing.

5.Die layout Drawing

6.VMC/VTL Machine Programming only for Die Tooling.

7.Forging Weight Estimation.

8.Forging Quotation/Costing (RFQ)

9. Knowledge Engineering change note (ECN/PCN).

10. Forging /Machining Process FMEA.

11.Forging Machining Control Plan.

12.Statistical Process Control (SPC).

13.Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

14.Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
