Role Overview:

We are hiring a

PEB Design Engineer

who is

technically sound, detail-oriented

, and

experienced in structural steel design

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, connection design, and preparation of design documents for PEB and roofing structures across industrial and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design complete PEB systems including primary frames, secondary members, mezzanine floors, and bracing systems. Perform structural analysis and design calculations for steel components using relevant software and codes. Prepare and review design documents including calculation reports, GA drawings, and connection details. Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, and erection teams to ensure design intent is carried through project execution. Ensure compliance with relevant design codes (IS, MBMA, AISC). Optimize steel usage for cost-effectiveness and structural integrity. Support the sales and estimation teams with technical input for proposals and BOQs. Handle design for accessories such as trims, flashings, skylights, turbo vents, louvers, and wall/roof sheeting systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Designing PEBs for warehouses, industrial sheds, and commercial structures

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

3 years of experience in

PEB Design

or structural steel building design. Proficient in design software such as

STAAD.Pro

,

SAP2000

,

ETABS

, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of

IS, AISC, MBMA, or relevant steel codes

. Familiarity with load combinations, wind/seismic design, and connection detailing. Ability to coordinate effectively across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation abilities. Coordination with detailing teams for drawing generation
